Yes. We migrate your website, database and email mailboxes, test in a staging environment and only then switch the domain over. The migration is included in all plans and costs nothing extra.
The maintenance-only plans (from €39 / month) are independent of hosting – your website stays with your current provider. With managed hosting, hosting is added: the same scope of maintenance, plus server, SSL, email and domain management, all on one invoice.
No. All plans run monthly and can be cancelled at the end of the month. There is no setup fee. With annual payment, you save 20 percent.
We clean up the website and restore it from the last clean backup. This is part of the plan, not a chargeable emergency call-out. From Managed Plus onwards, restoration in an emergency is expressly included.
Yes, at any time at the turn of the month – upgrade or downgrade, at no additional cost.
Each plan covers one website. For several websites, typical for agencies and companies with multiple locations, we prepare a joint quote with uniform maintenance windows and a consolidated report.
With monthly payment by credit card or SEPA direct debit. All prices are per website including VAT; for businesses in Germany, Austria and the EU, the reverse-charge procedure applies.
