For agencies

Maintenance that takes the load off your agency

Maintenance is rarely what an agency is passionate about – but it is what client satisfaction depends on. That is exactly the part we take over.

White-label service

We work in the background. You can pass reports on to your clients under your own name.

Your client relationship stays yours

We do not approach your clients or offer them anything. The contract runs through you.

Bundle multiple websites

Whether three or thirty client projects – every website has its own plan and its own report.

Hand off technical responsibility

Updates, backups, security and monitoring run with us – documented and traceable.

Dedicated contact

A direct contact for all of Europe who knows your projects – without a ticket-system queue.

Predictable costs

A fixed monthly fee per website instead of unpredictable emergency hourly rates in your team.

Industry knowledge

How does white-label maintenance for agencies work?

With white-label maintenance, we take over the technical care of an agency's client websites in the background. The agency remains the point of contact for its clients, while we take care of updates, backups, security and monitoring. Reports can be created in the agency's name. From a data protection perspective, we are engaged as a sub-processor.

Contractual basis

  • Art. 28 GDPR: The agency is the processor for its clients; we are engaged as a sub-processor.
  • Service level: Fixed response times and update intervals per client website.
  • Access management: Individual accounts instead of shared admin accounts.
  • Documentation: Verifiable maintenance for every website we look after.

What we check with every maintenance

  • Updates for all client websites at the agreed cadence
  • External backups per website
  • Uptime and SSL monitoring
  • Malware scans and firewall
  • Functional tests of the most important forms
  • Monthly report per client website
