Focus on maintenance

Our mission

Most WordPress websites are built well and then left alone. After launch the project ends, the website keeps running – and becomes outdated. We close that gap: dependable technical care as an ongoing service, not an emergency call-out.

Our aim is that you have to think about your website as little as possible. When maintenance is done well, you don't notice it – you only notice its absence.

Why specialized maintenance?

At agencies, maintenance always competes with project work – and loses, because projects are easier to bill predictably. We have no project business. Updates, backups, security and monitoring are our only job, which is why they are routine with fixed processes here.

This specialization has a second effect: we see error patterns from hundreds of websites. A plugin conflict that appears on your site for the first time is usually a known pattern to us.

How we work

Back up, then change

A restore point is created before every update. No intervention without a way back.

Check after the update

The homepage, forms and – for shops – the checkout are checked. An update is only considered done once that is complete.

Document

Every change goes into the monthly report. You can trace what happened at any time.

Report back clearly

We write so that it is understandable without an IT background – and say clearly when something is outside our scope of services.

Create no dependency

Access and backups belong to you. Upon cancellation, we hand over both along with the documentation.

Host-neutral advice

We don't sell hosting and receive no commissions. Server recommendations are therefore independent.

Security as a basic principle

We treat credentials like someone else's property: handover exclusively via encrypted links, storage in a password manager with two-factor protection, individual accounts instead of shared admin accounts. Once the engagement ends, the access is removed.

On request, we provide a data processing agreement and, if desired, choose a storage location within the EU for backups.
